We pride ourselves on the personal attention and
service we give each housesitting client. For
example, when we receive your booking
form, a senior member of staff will arrange
a home visit to complete a very comprehensive
checklist. This checklist contains vital information,
firstly about your home but more importantly a
detailed routine for each pet to be left in our
care. This will include details of medication
which our sitters are happy to administer. As
we have had a detailed conversation with you and
with the experience we have built up, the best
possible sitter can then be selected to suit your
requirements. Should house sitting clients prefer
to meet the sitter beforehand, we do our best
to arrange a meeting.
Sitters
are happy to undertake additional light
duties whilst you are away as part of the
housesitting and pet sitting arrangement
and you can even ask the sitter to buy those
essential groceries for when you return.
Even
when you are away, to give you complete
peace of mind, we keep in close contact
with the sitter to make sure everything
is running smoothly. Being homeowners themselves,
they are more than able to cope with most
emergencies, however they also have access
to a 24 hour telephone number should they
require further support.

are always looking to improve our UK house sitting
service, so a couple of days after you return,
a senior manager will telephone you to check that
everything has been carried out to your complete
satisfaction, and invite comments as to how our
service can be improved in the future.
